License and Copyrights

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using, installing or distributing this software. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then do not copy, install, distribute or use any copy of Jardic Pro.

Copyright

Jardic Pro software, including its internal dictionaries and documentation were developed by Vitaly Zagrebelny.

Liability disclaimer

Jardic Pro, and all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided “AS IS” and with no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or correctness. Any liability of software author will be limited exclusively to refund of registration payment. In no event will software author or it›s agent be liable for additional direct or indirect damages including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from any defects, or the use or inability to use this software.

Registration

Anyone may use this software on a single computer during evaluation period of 14 days. Following this evaluation period of 14 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Jardic Pro you must register and pay a registration fee. Unregistered use of after the 14-day evaluation period is in violation of copyright laws.

You may, without registration and making any payment:

give exact copies of Jardic Pro personally to anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 14-day evaluation period;
distribute exact copies of Jardic Pro, if done exclusively through electronic channels; and
make as many exact copies of Jardic Pro as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (1) and (2) above.

Operating license

The License for Jardic Pro grants a user non-exclusive right to use the software personally on one or more computers, or to install it on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

Other rights and restrictions

All rights of any kind in Jardic Pro, which are not expressly granted in the License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Vitaly Zagrebelny. You may not rent, lease, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Jardic Pro.

Independent Editions

Different JARDIC editions published by different publishers do not share common rights and/or restrictions. For example, a buyer of MultiLex JARDIC does not possess the right to use without a registration current Jardic Pro edition and its updates.
